About Ludo.mt
Sell smarter in Malta and Gozo. Ludo.mt is built for owners and serious property seekers who want speed, clarity, and direct opportunities without the noise. Through ludo.mt and our secure WhatsApp flow, we turn listings into real conversations.
What Makes Us Different
The platform is free to use, including property advertising, searches, favourites, and matching-property notifications.
- Owner-first marketplace: clear listings, structured search, and focused demand.
- Useful search tools: saved searches, favourites, and property notifications.
What Ludo.mt Is (and Is Not)
Ludo.mt is a digital property platform. We provide listing, search, saved-search, notification, and favourites tools. We do not provide legal, financial, valuation, brokerage, or fiduciary advisory services. Transactions and decisions remain between the relevant parties.
Who Can Use Ludo.mt
- Private individuals in Malta and Gozo can advertise properties directly.
- Registered users can save searches, manage favourites, and receive matching-property notifications.
How the Flow Works
- List with clarity: add property details, images, and pricing.
- Get discovered: appear where active users are already searching.
Safety, Moderation, and Platform Integrity
- Content controls: listings and media must be lawful and relevant to the property.
- Moderation: administrators review listings and reports and may remove non-compliant media, subject to applicable notice and review rights.
- Enforcement: abusive or high-risk behavior can lead to listing removal, access restrictions, or blocking.
Data & Privacy
- Purpose-limited processing: we collect what is needed to run listing, account, and communication features.
- Strictly necessary cookies only: one session cookie plus one persistent device-security cookie for account protection and device controls.
- No analytics/advertising tracking cookies: no cross-site tracking stack is used.
- GDPR rights: see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Pricing and Commissions Rule
Listing prices must show the net amount the owner intends to receive. Listings that include or imply agent or intermediary commissions in the advertised price are not permitted.
